Historic Renovation Meets Modern Disposal
The crew was tearing out an old concrete patio behind a pre-1920s building near Arizona Avenue. Dust coated everything by noon, and their pickup truck couldn't handle the weight of broken slabs. They needed a solution fast before the city flagged them for debris piles.
We dropped a 10-yard concrete dumpster right on the alley access point. Our reinforced steel container took the heavy chunks without issue. The contractor filled it in two days, and we hauled it away before the next inspection.
Saved our timeline and kept the site clean.
